What's the difference between finding your rhythm and finding your rest? Our Beginner Flow is designed to introduce the basics of asana while building mild heat. It's accessible, steady, and perfect for those who want to move with intention. In contrast, Gentle Restoration is all about the props. You'll spend 75 minutes in long-held, supported poses that quiet the nervous system. We believe both are essential for a balanced life.
